1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 90jil ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 90jil website, mobile interface, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the 90jil platform, or using any of its Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 90jil Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform. 90jil reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 90jil Services, you are required to create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by 90jil for identity verification purposes.

You further agree to the following account obligations:

• One Account Only: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 90jil. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 90jil will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Accurate Information: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Non-Transferability: Your 90jil account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

90jil reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or following any suspicious activity on the account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 90jil are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 90jil supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available on the platform from time to time.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your 90jil account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the platform at the time of the transaction.
• 90jil reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected.
• Deposits made for the purpose of obtaining a bonus and subsequently withdrawn without meeting applicable wagering requirements may be subject to a processing fee or forfeiture of the bonus amount.
• 90jil is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues outside of 90jil's control.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

90jil offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.

In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, the records maintained by 90jil shall be the definitive reference, subject to the dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on 90jil are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all 90jil games:

• All bets placed on 90jil are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation, except where a technical error on the part of 90jil is established.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, 90jil's server records will be used to determine the outcome of the affected round. 90jil will make reasonable efforts to resolve such incidents fairly.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 90jil reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• All game outcomes on 90jil are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game event. 90jil does not manipulate game outcomes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 90jil. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with 90jil games or systems in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in 90jil's platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or unauthorized access to another player's account.
• Attempting to launder money or use 90jil for any transaction connected to illegal activity under Philippine law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 90jil staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false identity information.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 90jil platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 90jil or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 90jil platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from 90jil without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 90jil content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used by 90jil.
• Use 90jil's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of 90jil's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 90jil.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 90jil, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond 90jil's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions or payment service providers.

90jil's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 90jil account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension & Termination

90jil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution in connection with your account.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, subject to applicable dormancy policies.

Upon termination of your account for cause, 90jil reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance where such balance is connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a material breach of these Terms. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting 90jil support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible balance will be returned to your verified payment account.

12 Amendments to These Terms

90jil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 90jil will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 90jil platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed by 90jil may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body in accordance with applicable procedures.
